would you kiss an angel
if the consequence was death
would you kill a loved one
if it gave you one last breath

you stood above a puddle
of blood running to the floor
cutting at your fading skin
the attention you wanted more

your mother stands there screaming
locked out of your room
begging you to change your mind
but your begging for doom

u give a little chuckle
for what your bout to do
is going to make the friends of yours
feel sorry for you

your heart goes to pounding
as your cutting deep in side
you slowly drop to the ground
your selfish suicide
